This policy describes what is and is not allowed when using Evolve Cost. By using the platform, you agree to follow these guidelines.
Overview
Evolve Cost is designed for legitimate food business operations. You agree to use the platform responsibly and lawfully.
Illegal Content
You may not upload, store, or share content that is illegal, fraudulent, or harmful. This includes content that violates applicable laws or regulations.
Malware and Harmful Code
You may not upload files containing malware, viruses, or harmful code. You may not attempt to introduce code that could damage or disrupt the platform.
Unauthorized Access
You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users’ data, accounts, or any part of the platform. You may not share your credentials with unauthorized parties.
Scraping and Platform Attacks
You may not scrape, crawl, or attempt to extract data from the platform in an automated manner. You may not attempt to overload, disrupt, or attack the platform or its infrastructure.
Misuse of AI/Import Tools
You may not use the AI or import tools to process content that is illegal, harmful, or that you do not have the right to upload. Import tools are intended for your own supplier and ingredient data.
Sensitive Information
You should not upload sensitive personal information (such as government IDs, medical records, or financial account numbers) unless it is necessary for legitimate business use. Evolve Cost is not designed to store highly sensitive personal data.
Third-Party Rights
You may not upload content that violates the intellectual property or privacy rights of third parties, including supplier pricing data that is under a confidentiality agreement.
Support and Lead Form Abuse
You may not abuse support channels, spam lead or contact forms, or submit false information through public forms. Repeated abuse may result in restricted access.
Consequences of Violation
Violations of this policy may result in content removal, account suspension, or termination. We reserve the right to take action to protect the platform and its users.
