Account Information
When you register, we collect your name, email address, and authentication details. This information is used to manage your account and communicate with you.
Business and Workspace Information
We collect your business name, type, country, currency, and preferences when you set up your workspace. This helps us tailor the platform to your needs.
Uploaded Files and Imports
When you upload CSV files, spreadsheets, screenshots, or PDFs for ingredient import, those files are processed to extract data. Files are stored temporarily and may be deleted after processing.
Ingredients, Recipes, Pricing, and Business Data
The ingredients, recipes, menu items, pricing, supplier details, and other business data you enter belong to your workspace. This data is private to your workspace and is not shared with other customers.
Payment and Billing Data
Payment processing is handled by third-party processors. We do not store full credit card numbers. Billing data is managed securely by our payment provider under their own compliance standards.
Analytics and Marketing Data
We may use analytics tools to understand platform usage and improve our services. Marketing data helps us communicate relevant information to you. These tools may use cookies and similar technologies.
